With the different options offered, you will be able to make a tailored policy and choose those coverages that you really need, according to the use and enjoyment of your boat.


MURIMAR offers 3 Hiring Modalities:

BASIC

Includes the coverage required by mandatory insurance. We wanted to include the minimum requirements of a Shipowner, such as the Towage and Legal Assistance, in addition to expanding the Mandatory Civil Liability by €1,000,000.00 additional to the mandatory insurance.


The coverages of this modality are:

Compulsory Civil Liability according to RD 607/1999 Civil Liability for contamination according to Law 14/2014 on Maritime Navigation Voluntary Civil Liability for €1,000,000.00 Defense of the Insured Claim for Damages Management of Fines Towing.


ENLARGED

In addition to the coverage of Basic mode are included:


Total Loss of the Vessel

Total Constructive Loss and Abandonment

Debris Removal


PLUS

In addition to the coverage of the Extended modality, the following are included:


Loss of keys Material Damage to the Vessel due to: stranded, stranded, sinking, boarding, sea surge, flood, fire, short circuit, flameless combustion, explosion, force majeure, lightning, wind, theft, acts of vandalism, stay on land , debris removal, War and Strikes, etc.
